Some issues on this draft article

[edit]
  • ordered by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) No, the contract for rolling stock, signalling, operations and maintenance was awarded to the consortium by Infrastructure Ontario in November 2022 (Source)
  • estimated cost of CA$9.00 billion The $9bn contract is for rolling stock, signalling, and operations and maintenance over 30 years, not just the rolling stock (Source)
  • built between 2027 and 2030 There is no source for this.
  • by Hitachi Rail in Tokyo, Japan. There is no source for this.
  • Project groundbreaking was held in March 2022 This seems to be copy and pasted from this link
  • Hitachi is the lead member of the Connect 6ix consortium, which also includes Plenary Americas, Webuild Group, Transdev Canada Inc, IBI Group Professional Services (Canada) Inc, NGE Contracing Inc., and financial advisors National Bank Financial Inc. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. This seems to be copy and pasted from this link, you would need to rewrite this to contain the necessary information

I would wait until more information is available - it may be too soon for a full article on these trains. Turini2 (talk) 17:06, 14 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

@70.31.132.87 please see these notes if you are editing this draft article. I maintain that it is too soon for an article about these trains, this information best lives in the Ontario Line article at this time. Turini2 (talk) 20:06, 9 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
@70.31.132.114 This article continues to contain:
  • multiple issues and errors (e.g. "Toronto Transit Commission is building a new subway line" and "Hitachi train sets will be equiped with PRESTO readers for fare systems")
  • spelling mistakes (e.g. nfilstructure Ontario, Roling, Commision)
  • poor phrasing and prose throughout (e.g. "The set will be a future project for the TTC, to provide for passengers to board", "As part of it's easily-constructed equipment, it will provide ... access to rapid transit", "Part of this car set will improve the quality of life for commuters")
  • A lack of quality secondary references
  • References incorrectly labelled - Reference 3 is apparently published by Metrolinx, but it's on Hitachi.com
I reiterate that it is too soon for an article about these trains, this information best lives in the Ontario Line article at this time. I recommend that the AFC reviewer declines this article. Turini2 (talk) 09:20, 2 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
@SafariScribe thanks! Turini2 (talk) 16:15, 3 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
@70.31.132.192 before continuing, read the comments in the talk page above. There are multiple issues that need to be resolved, and it is too soon for this article. Turini2 (talk) 22:15, 11 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
70.31.132.192 blanked this Talk page in this edit. I've reverted their blatant vandalism and warned them. —Joeyconnick (talk) 22:44, 11 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

Merge with the Ontario Line

[edit]

This article can be a useful subject of being placed in a existing article, we who visited Draft:Hitachi Driverless Set have been wondering if we deleted this and copy all of it into a existing line foe the Toronto Subway.

Do not move this if unless there is a disscussion. 70.31.133.229 (talk) 16:54, 10 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

It will be a pleasure to see if this was built in the next 2 years. 70.31.133.229 (talk) 16:54, 10 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Before reviewing (July 2025)

[edit]

Please note this was AfC-ed in July 2025 by a sock: T&TRKFNF2022. —Joeyconnick (talk) 16:25, 8 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

And again in January 2026... Turini2 (talk) 15:19, 24 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Will someone submit the improved draft article.

[edit]

Sources of the Copyright Act of the article need formatting when I was little, I also need to wait united until the end because it is too soon for this article to be added...

Until then, I will be a flintstone. HuynhNguyen1100 (talk) 22:08, 28 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Are you in any way connected to T&TRKFNF2022? Turini2 (talk) 07:54, 29 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
The article is not good - there are vast sections unreferenced, errors/incorrect information in the text, unrelated information, sentences that don't make grammatical sense, tense changes. There are also very few secondary sources about the train at this time.
As stated above, it's too soon for an article at this time. Turini2 (talk) 09:16, 29 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yes sir, thank you. HuynhNguyen1100 (talk) 22:59, 29 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
By the way, I am not T&TRKFNF2022, just another different user. I believe I am not a sockpuppet because 1. I am built just like a real boy. 2. I was not used to connect with a bad user. And 3. I am a user who does not copy T&TRKFNF2022, I copy edits in a form because I needed to keep myself silent from anybody that is harmful, from vandalism or blatant copyright issues. FYI that this draft article has been written by a blocked user, who has subsequently resubmitted the article using sockpuppets
