I noticed that the "Global Database" page has been previously deleted or rejected on several occasions, most recently on July 30, 2025, as a "misplaced draft." Earlier versions were also removed under G8 criteria. I would like to better understand the main reasons for these actions.

Could you please clarify the specific issues that led to the rejection or deletion of the page? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on what improvements or changes would be necessary for a future version of the article to be considered acceptable for publication on Wikipedia.

My goal is to ensure the article meets Wikipedia’s standards for notability, neutrality, and sourcing. Any feedback you can provide would be very helpful.
