Since the June 9 decline:
Removed the Patch source.
Removed two unsupported credits (The Walking Dead and Cross).
Reconciled the lead and filmography so the credits match.
Added a 2011 Press of Atlantic City profile.
Added a new theater review source to replace a different review with a dead link.
Added citations for previously unsourced biographical and training details.
Removed sources that only briefly mention the subject.
