In response, all press-release, first-party, and profile/database citations were removed; every affected claim was re-anchored to independent coverage (including Sports Business Journal, The Verge, IGN, Forbes, and Tech Funding News) or trimmed where independent coverage does not exist. [edit]Following the decline for neutral-point-of-view concerns, the draft has had a full register rewrite: evaluative claims are now attributed in text to their sources or removed (for example, the Series A superlative is now attributed to Polygon, and a self-descriptive quote about publisher partnerships was removed), informal phrasing was corrected, and duplicated templates were consolidated. The draft now also covers the 2022 criticism of PlayVS's exclusivity arrangements by teachers and nonprofit scholastic esports organizers, attributed to The Washington Post and Esports Insider, including Parnell's on-record response to the Post.
