Clarification on AfC feedback (notability and tone)

@Eyesnore: Hi — thank you for reviewing the draft and for the clear feedback.

As I work on revisions, I want to make sure I’m addressing your concerns in the way AfC expects, rather than guessing at intent. If you’re able, I’d appreciate brief clarification on two points:

1. On tone: could you point to one or two specific passages or sections that read as advocacy-oriented, so I can revise or remove them appropriately?
2. On notability: can you clarify if the concern is primarily that the draft relies too heavily on sources about CCL’s programs or ideas (rather than CCL itself)?

Some of the text of your draft article is promotional in tone. It should be rewritten to be neutral and encyclopedic. In addition, you need citations to secondary sources to prove it has widespread third-party coverage. It's not quite ready yet to be in the main article space, so it needs work.
