Add topicMove to Mainspace
[edit]Hi @Guliolopez
Thank you for reverting my link to the draftspace in the Comeragh Mountain article I was unaware of the MOS policy on that.
Given that the notability for this peak is covered by the Wikiproject for the 100 highest peaks in Ireland, what is the process for moving this to mainspace? Is that something that I can do as the creator, or because I put this through the AfC template does it need to be reviewed by another editor? Munstertom (talk) 11:59, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @Munstertom. At the top of the draft, below the heading "Draft article not currently submitted for review", there's a blue button titled "Submit the draft for review!". You can just mash that, when you're ready, and follow the steps. (Personally I think there might need to be a few more refs to aid the AfC reviewer. Like logainm, etc.) Guliolopez (talk) 12:07, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
- appreciate the pointer, I was planning to add a few more links and details... you didn't directly answer my question about adding it to mainspace myself? If this is not allowed then I am not sure why I would use the AfC / Draft space Munstertom (talk) 12:08, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
- Hi. I didn't add this draft to my watchlist (and wasn't pinged) so overlooked your follow-up question. If you want to move the draft to the main/article namespace yourself, then you can. Though, personally, I wonder if it would be better to expand slightly (from a 50-word stub) before moving. Guliolopez (talk) 21:53, 10 July 2026 (UTC)
