I am submitting this draft at the request of the subject, who has provided biographical details and source documents to me directly. Separately, in 2017, as a partner at Deloitte India, I led a team advising the resolution professional in the Amrapali Silicon Valley insolvency proceedings, in which the Noida Authority — then headed by the subject — was a financial creditor.
