Yes Securities (India) Limited (YSIL) is an Indian financial services company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Initially established as a subsidiary of Yes Bank, the company was designed to provide the bank's clients with integrated investment services.[1] Since its inception, the company has expanded its operations from retail-focused brokerage into institutional equities, investment banking support, and alternative investment funds. In 2025, the company introduced its digital trading platform, OMNI, to facilitate market access for retail investors.[4] In May 2026, the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) issued a three-month restriction on the company regarding new client onboarding alongside a ₹2 lakh penalty relating to upfront and peak margin compliance violations, which the company noted would have no material impact on its broader financial or operational activities.[5]

Retail Broking
[edit]The firm offers a "3-in-1" account structure integrating banking, demat, and trading services. This integrated platform allows retail clients to trade in equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and IPOs. The retail segment also offers access to 54EC Bonds and digital financial health assessment tools such as FinScore.[4]
Institutional Equities

The Wize Whispers

[edit]The Cyclothon ’25 is a wellness initiative organized by the company with Striders Miles Pvt Ltd serving as the event partner. Held in Mumbai on November 9, 2025, the event was themed “Stronger Legs, Longer Life.” The initiative aligns the company’s “Invest Karo Apne Style Se” brand philosophy with physical well-being through the tagline “Pedal Karo Apne Style Se.” The event drew over 3,000 participants and highlighted the physical benefits of cycling, such as improved balance and stability.[9]
Corporate Social Responsibility

- Rural Livelihoods: In Barwani district, Madhya Pradesh, Yes Securities partnered with the YES Foundation to support 800 small and marginal tribal farmers from eight villages.
