VVS Estate is a real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2012 by Valentina Rusu, the company is licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD).[1]

VVS Estate was founded in 2012 by Valentina Rusu in Dubai , who also serves founder and managing partner. The company works in the residential and commercial real estate markets, dealing with sales in off-plan and secondary real estate markets.[2]

History and Operations

In the year 2026, VVS Estate released an analysis stating that strategic capital made up around 40% of Dubai real estate deals.[3]

They have further forecasted that Dubai’s branded residence market is expected to increase by about 80% by the year 2030, totaling 250 projects.[4][5]

VVS Academy

The company set up VVS Academy, an education institute that provides professional courses for real estate brokers in Dubai in July 2024. This initiative was undertaken in view of the anticipated rise in real estate broker licenses in the emirate. The courses offered will focus on market analysis, regulatory compliance, negotiations, and CRM systems.[6][7]
