History
[edit]Tagvenue was founded in 2015 in London by Artur Stepaniak and Maksim Kondratjuks, who met while studying at Lancaster University.[businesscloud] The company launched as an online marketplace for booking event venues.[businesscloud]
In August 2019, Tagvenue expanded into seven additional cities in the United Kingdom and Australia: Bradford, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Brisbane and Perth.[businesscloud] At the time, the company stated that its marketplace listed more than 7,000 venues and employed over 30 staff.[businesscloud]
