Saadiah binti Yusof (born 8 January 1963) is a Malaysian educator and Girl Guides leader. She is recognised for her long-time service with the Persatuan Pandu Puteri Malaysia (PPPM), particularly within the Selangor branch, for leading state and national initiatives that have received public and media recognition.[1]
Early life and education
[edit]Saadiah Yusof was born in Singapore and received her primary education at SK (P) Bandar Tinggi Johor Bahru and SK Nyalas, Jasin Melaka. She continued her secondary studies at SMK Simpang Bekoh, SM Teknik Bukit Piatu, and SMK Munshi Abdullah, Batu Berendam, Melaka.
She pursued teacher training at Maktab Perguruan Ipoh, Hulu Kinta, Perak and later obtained a degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Pulau Pinang.
Career
[edit]Saadiah began her teaching career at SK Taman Melawati before serving at SMK Hulu Kelang. Throughout her career, she has been recognised for excellence in both academic and co-curricular fields.
