Saad Haqawi (born 8 October 2005) is a Saudi Arabian footballer who plays as a forward for Al Nassr. He has represented Saudi Arabia at under-19, under-20 and under-21 level.

Club career

Al Nassr

Haqawi made his Saudi Pro League debut for Al Nassr on 8 November 2024, appearing as a substitute in a 1–0 win against Al Riyadh. He made five league appearances during the 2024–25 season.[1]

On 21 January 2025, Haqawi provided the assist for Cristiano Ronaldo's goal in Al Nassr's 3–1 victory over Al Khaleej.[2]

Al Nassr U21

Haqawi has also played for Al Nassr's under-21 team in the U21 Elite League. In February 2026, Kooora reported on his performances for the team during the season.[3]

On 2 September 2026, he scored twice for Al Nassr U21 in a 4–0 victory over Al-Jabalain.[4]

International career

Saudi Arabia U19

Haqawi played for Saudi Arabia's under-19 team in 2023. On 19 November, he scored in a 3–1 friendly victory against the Future Falcons during a training camp in Spain.[5]

Saudi Arabia U20

Haqawi was part of the Saudi Arabia under-20 team during the 2024–25 season. On 3 January 2025, he scored in a 1–0 friendly victory against Uzbekistan during a training camp in Qatar.[6]

He was included in Saudi Arabia's squad for the 2025 AFC U-20 Asian Cup in China. He scored against Jordan and North Korea during the group stage. Saudi Arabia finished as runners-up and qualified for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile, Haqawi was included in the squad.[7][8]

Saudi Arabia U21

In March 2026, Haqawi was called up to Saudi Arabia's under-21 squad for a training camp in Riyadh.[9]

In May 2026, he was included in the Saudi Arabia squad for the 2026 Maurice Revello Tournament in France.[10]
