Rajesh Singhal is an Indian politician from Rajasthan. He was elected from Ward 24 of Mandrella Nagar Palika in the 2026 Rajasthan urban local body election as a candidate of the Indian National Congress.[1]

Political career

Singhal contested the 2026 Mandrella Nagar Palika election from Ward 24 as an Indian National Congress candidate. He received 127 votes and was elected.[1]

The election result was also reported by the local publication Shekhawati Live, which recorded Singhal's victory in Ward 24 by a margin of 13 votes.[2]

Television

In 2021, Singhal was selected as one of four participants from more than 47,000 entrants in a virtual audition conducted by The Q and Chingari for the crime-fiction television programme Jurm Ka Chehra. The four selected participants, including Singhal from Rajasthan, were reported to have received roles in the programme.[3]

Film

Singhal is credited in the cast of the Rajasthani-language film Omlo.[4]

The film was covered by The New Indian Express in connection with its presentation at the Cannes Film Market in 2025.[5]
