Priyanka Chahar Choudhary (born 13 August 1996) is an Indian actress and model who works in Hindi television. She is known for portraying Tejo Kaur Sandhu in the television series Udaariyaan and for participating in the reality television show Bigg Boss 16, where she finished as the second runner-up. Since 2025, she has starred in Naagin 7.
Early life
[edit]Choudhary was born on 13 August 1996 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. She completed her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jaipur, and later graduated from Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya.[2]
Career
[edit]Choudhary began her career as a model and appeared in music videos.[3] She made her television debut in 2019 with the drama series Gathbandhan.[4]
She gained wider recognition after being cast as Tejo Kaur Sandhu in the television series Udaariyaan (2021–2022), produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta for Colors TV.[5] In 2022, she participated in the reality television show Bigg Boss 16, where she finished as the second runner-up.[6]
In 2024, she appeared in the web series Dus June Kii Raat.[7] In 2025, she was cast in the television series Naagin 7.[8][9] In 2026, she joined the reality show Battleground season 2 as a mentor.[10]
