Ozzy Fox is a preschool musical animation series developed by Jennifer Oxley, Disney and the French animation company Animaj. It premiered its first episodes quietly on YouTube and YouTube Kids on July 15th, 2026. The show features a family of four anthropomorphic foxes, following a five-year-old protagonist named Ozzy whose vivid imagination turns mundane routines into musical adventures.[1]

Characters

Ozzy: A five-year-old male anthropomorphic fox that loves to play and use his imagination. He is the protagonist of the show. He usually refuses to do routines from his parents at first, like going potty or cleaning up. To make him do them, his parents creatively turn that routine into a game or a musical. Ozzy will make these routines entertaining for him by using his imagination.

Mama & Papa Fox: The two adult foxes that are the parents of Ozzy. They help Ozzy turn ordinary routines into games and songs.

Bitty: Ozzy's sister. She is a toddler fox that has an adorable personality. She usually speaks in baby babbles. Bitty frequently joins Ozzy and their parents into their imaginative musical adventures.

Critical reception

The show faced critical reception from viewers because they thought that the show implemented generative AI.[2] The consumers usually label the show as "slop." The developers clarified that they are using a form of AI that converts 2D sketches into 3D animations, speeding up the animation process.
