Career as a racing driver
[edit]
Like many drivers of his generation, Ollie Millroy started in the Formula BMW and Renault junior series after his time in karting.[1] In both series, sixth place finishes were his best overall results; in 2008 in the BMW World Final and in 2010 in the British Formula Renault Championship.[2]
In 2012, he switched to international GT racing, competing in series such as the European Le Mans Series, the Blancpain GT Series, and the Asian Le Mans Series. In 2021, he led the overall standings of the International GT Open after two rounds and later moved to North American sports car racing, competing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
In September 2026, he survived a crash at the China GT Championship.[3] He was rescued by Loek Hartog.[4][5]
Driving instructor
[edit]Since 2008, Ollie Millroy has been active as a driving instructor for amateur racing drivers and stunt drivers.
