[edit]Kisseleva was born in Crimea and began studying piano at the age of four. She studied at the Central Music School of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatoire and the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, where she was a student of Vladimir Tropp.[1] She subsequently studied at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), where she completed a Master of Music in Performance with distinction.[2]
Kisseleva participated in international piano competitions and received prizes at competitions including the Vladimir Horowitz International Piano Competition in Kyiv.[3]
In 2020, Kisseleva was appointed a Young Artist Repetiteur at the National Opera Studio in London for the 2020–21 programme.[4] Her appointment was also reported by the Royal Northern College of Music and music writer Hugh Canning of Planet Hugill.[5][6]
During her time at the National Opera Studio, Kisseleva appeared as a pianist and répétiteur in performances and recitals. Planet Hugill reviewed a 2021 presentation of the studio's young artists in which Kisseleva performed as a pianist, and subsequently reviewed the National Opera Studio production Sondheim: Before & After, in which she was credited as répétiteur.[7][8]
In 2023, Kisseleva was selected as one of four young répétiteurs for the Riccardo Muti Italian Opera Academy at Fondazione Prada in Milan. The programme focused on Vincenzo Bellini's opera Norma and included work with Muti and the Orchestra Giovanile Luigi Cherubini.[9] Her participation was also reported by La Repubblica in an article about Muti's work with young conductors and répétiteurs.[10]
In 2026, Kisseleva was selected for the Taki Alsop Conducting Fellowship's 2027 Mentoring Program.[11][12] She was also selected as a Britten Pears Young Artist for 2026–27, participating in the Composition & Performance programme as an assistant conductor.[13]
