Muradbagh (Census spelling: Murad Bagh) is a village in the Drass tehsil of Drass district in the Indian union territory of Ladakh. It falls under the Holiyal Gram Panchayat and the Drass Block Panchayat.[1][2][3][4]
Demographics
[edit]According to the 2011 census of India, Murad Bagh had 89 households and a population of 691, comprising 336 males and 355 females.[4][1][5] The village had a sex ratio of 1,057 females per 1,000 males. Children aged 0–6 years accounted for 87 residents. The Scheduled Tribe population was 691, while no Scheduled Caste population was recorded.[4][1][5]
