Mukesh Prasad (born 13 January 1959) is an Indian software engineer. He is also the author of a high-efficiency Computer Graphics algorithm, which was published in Graphics Gems II.[citation needed]

Noting that the latest citation to his work is from 2024,[1][2][3][4][5] his work is still being found useful in cutting-edge research, three decades after it was originally published.
