Comment: 1. Please read WP:SOLUTIONS and remove marketing fluff terms. 2. Please read WP:NPOV and rewrite article in neutral & encyclopedic for tone & content. CopyleftEverything (talk) 01:57, 19 July 2026 (UTC)
Comment: So many of the references are WP:ROTM money raising announcements that any notability whch might be present (is there any?) is so well hidden that I was unable to find it.Cut this right back to basics, much less extraneous material about aims. We are not interested in ams. Use of sources passing WP:42. Get rid of the PR churnalism 🇵🇸🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦🇵🇸 13:54, 7 November 2025 (UTC)
Comment: See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Moneyview. Robert McClenon (talk) 22:27, 6 November 2025 (UTC)
Comment: Fails WP:NCORP. See WP:ORGCRIT as the sourcing here falls short. There are a ton of routine announcements, mentions, or unreliable sources (see WP:NEWSORGINDIA). CNMall41 (talk) 17:59, 4 June 2025 (UTC)
Comment: This organization does appear notable, and there are much more reliable sources on it found in a quick search that should be used. This article has quite a lot of primary and closely related sources which are discouraged, and uses google maps as a source. Please work on the sourcing by scraping the primary/conflict of interest ones, and add more reliable sources instead. jolielover♥talk 06:56, 23 February 2025 (UTC)

Moneyview is an Indian fintech[3][4] company, based in Bangalore.[5] Moneyview operates in digital lending[6] and financial services. Moneyview provides products like personal loans,[7] personal finance manager, and digital gold.[8][9] As of April 2026, Moneyview has filed a Draft Red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
History
[edit]Moneyview was founded in 2014 by Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal[10][11] with the aim of simplifying finances and providing financial inclusion to all Indians. The company initially started with providing a financial management app for Android.[12]
As of December 2022, Moneyview had an annualized disbursal run-rate of $1.2 billion,[13] with over $800 million in assets under management.
Business model
[edit]Moneyview's digital lending works on a revenue-sharing arrangement with its lending partners,[14][15] where the company bears the cost of acquiring and servicing customers, and the lender provides the capital.[16]
Funding
[edit]As of September 2023, Moneyview has participated in 8 funding rounds and has raised a total of $220M over 10 funding rounds.[17] The latest funding was raised in December 2022 in a Series-E round.[18][19] This round of funding focuses on advancing Moneyview’s primary business and expanding products like digital bank accounts, insurance, and wealth management solutions to its portfolio.[20]
Moneyview, a Bengaluru-based fintech unicorn[21], is preparing for a $400 million initial public offering (IPO) and has appointed AXIS Capital and Kotak Mahindra Capital as lead managers. The IPO will primarily involve a fresh capital infusion to support the expansion of the company’s lending and financial services operations.[22][23]
Moneyview filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on 3 March 2026 for an initial public offering (IPO). SEBI issued its final observation letter on 29 June 2026,[24][24] with the approval publicly updated on 3 July 2026. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 13.61 crore equity shares, targeting a total issue size of over ₹1,500 crore.[24][24][24]
Subsidiaries
[edit]On September 2024, Moneyview acquired Bengaluru-based Jify,[25] an employee benefit startup. This acquisition propelled Moneyview to unicorn status[26][27] following the allotment of shares worth ₹38.64 crore (approximately $4.65 million)[28] to Jify’s existing investors, Accel India and Nexus Ventures.
Cybersecurity incident (2025)
[edit]In October 2025, the Moneyview app was reportedly targeted in a cyberattack in which about ₹49 crore was stolen within three hours. The breach allegedly involved misuse of an API key to transfer funds into 653 fake accounts. The Central Crime Branch (CCB) in Bengaluru traced the operation to international actors based in Dubai, China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, and arrested two individuals, including an Indian-origin man in Dubai identified as the suspected mastermind.[29]
