Miss Assam is a state-level beauty pageant contest for women in Assam, India.[1] It is headed by director Shyamanga Protim Kashyap and co-director Akumnaro Imsong.[2]
Recent titleholders
[edit]- Bagmita Saikia was selected as Femina Miss Assam 2026 and represented Assam in the 61st Femina Miss India competition.[3][4]
- Shakshi Biswakarma, who won the Miss Assam 2024 title, was later crowned Miss Northeast 2026 at the pageant's grand finale held in Kohima.[5][6][7]
- Anamika Borah of Jorhat was crowned Miss Assam 2023 and later represented Assam at Miss Northeast 2023,[8][9][10] where she become the first runner-up.[11]
