Michelle Corral is an American Christian minister, author, and broadcaster. She is the founder of Breath of the Spirit International Ministries and host of the television program The Prophetic Word.[1] She also founded Chesed: Hope for Humanity, described by her organization as the humanitarian arm of the ministry.[2]
She founded the Fire & Anointing Pastors Conferences in Africa, which provide lodging and meals for attending pastors.[3]
In the early 1990s, Corral organized the West Coast Conference on the Holy Spirit and Christian Unity, which was broadcast by Trinity Broadcasting Network for three years.[1] According to her organization's website, she has conducted ministry activities in more than 65 nations.[1]
Early life and education
[edit]Corral became a Christian in 1971 at Melodyland Christian Center in Southern California.[1] She subsequently trained at the Melodyland School of Theology from 1974 to 1976.[1]
In her published writings, Corral has stated that her approach to ministry was shaped by the work of Kathryn Kuhlman.[4][5]
Credentials
[edit]Corral holds an honorary doctorate from Next Dimensions University, a Bible college based in Rancho Cucamonga, California.[1][6] According to her organization's website, she has also received a Lifetime Achievement Award and a Master Scholar designation in Greek and Hebrew from the same institution.[1]
According to her organization's website, she has taught in international settings including Seoul, South Korea, and at Agape Seminary.[1]

[edit]Corral has authored several books, including Secrets of the Anointing (Destiny Image Publishers, 2019; ISBN 9780768450705),[4][7][8] The Power of Prophetic Prayer, Holy Spirit Fire for the Last Days, Keys to Kingdom Leadership, Walking in God's Favor, and Heavenly Vision: A Life of Purpose and Destiny.[9]

Broadcasting
[edit]Corral founded Breath of the Spirit Ministries International, Inc. and has hosted religious television programs on Christian broadcast networks in the United States and internationally.[1]
The Prophetic Word has aired on GOD TV,[13][14] CTN (Christian Television Network), The Word Network, Impact Christian Television Network, and Inspirational Network.[1] Corral also hosted Walking in the Anointing, which aired on Trinity Broadcasting Network, The Word Network, Inspirational Network, KDOC-TV, and KSCI Channel 18.[15][1]
Awards and recognition
[edit]Corral received the Morris Cerullo Legacy Achievement Award in January 2026.[16] According to her organization's website, she has also been listed as a recipient of the Southern California Motion Picture Council Bronze Award.[1][17]
Humanitarian work
[edit]Through Chesed: Hope for Humanity, Corral's organization has reported conducting humanitarian programs across multiple countries, including feeding programs, refugee assistance, medical outreach, and vocational training.[18]
Uganda
[edit]In December 2024, Corral visited Bidibidi Refugee Settlement in West Nile, Uganda. According to the Nile Post, she donated household items and organized a medical camp with physicians from Uganda's Ministry of Health. She subsequently met with Uganda's First Lady, Janet Museveni, at State House Nakasero.[19][20]
At the Second East Africa Fire and Anointing Pastors Conference in September 2024, a representative of Uganda President Yoweri Museveni described Corral as "a true friend of Africa and Uganda."[21]
In August 2025, Corral led a humanitarian mission at Bidibidi Refugee Settlement in partnership with Jesus Cares Developmental Organisation (JCDO) and Heal the Planet.[22][23]
South Sudan
[edit]In June 2025, Corral organized the Fire & Anointing Pastors Conference at Juba Christian Centre in South Sudan. The Nile Post reported attendance of over 1,000 pastors. During the visit, Corral met with South Sudan's First Lady, Maj. Gen. Mary Mayardit, and Vice President Rebecca Nyandeng de Mabior.[24][25]
Kenya
[edit]In February 2024, Corral organized the Kenya Fire & Anointing Pastors Conference at the Clarence Matheny Training Institute in Limuru, Kiambu County. Tuko.co.ke reported attendance of over 600 pastors from across East Africa.[26][27]
Ethiopia
[edit]In 2025, Corral organized the Fire & Anointing Pastors Conference in Ethiopia. According to HICGI News Agency, volunteer physicians provided medical treatment to more than 2,500 individuals at the event.[27][28]
Egypt
[edit]According to HICGI News Agency, the Fire & Anointing Pastors Conferences program was first launched in Egypt to provide support to pastors facing legal and security pressures.[27][29]
Burundi
[edit]HICGI News Agency has reported that Corral's organization conducted medical missions in Burundi, providing clinics and supplies to local communities.[27]
Jordan
[edit]HICGI News Agency reported that Corral's organization conducted medical missions for Syrian and Iraqi refugees in Al-Mafraq, Jordan.[27]
Poland
[edit]In April 2022, Corral traveled to Warsaw, Poland, where her team distributed aid to Ukrainian refugees. The mission was reported by Charisma News and JOY! News.[30][31]
