Manoj Leelanivas is the president of HP Solutions. Leelanivas has worked in secure networking, cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI at Cisco, Juniper Networks, Cyphort, and HP.[1][2]
Early life and education
[edit]Leelanivas pursued his Master of Science in computer science at the University of Kentucky (UK).[3][4] At UK, Leelanivas published a research paper with the Department of Computer Science titled “Optimistic Strategies for Large-Scale Dissemination of Multimedia Information." His research found success with rate reduction strategies, redundancy techniques, and receiver-feedback strategies for multicast networking.[5]
Career
[edit]From 1999 to 2013, Leelanivas worked at networking company Juniper Networks, where he rose to executive vice president and general manager.[6][7] Leelanivas left Juniper for cybersecurity firm Cyphort in 2013, where he served as president and chief executive officer until the company was acquired by Juniper in 2017.[7][8] In 2018, Leelanivas returned to Juniper as executive vice president and chief product officer, and was promoted to chief operating officer in 2021.[4][9]
Juniper Networks was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HP) in July 2025, and Leelanivas went on to replace Dave Shull as the president of HP Solutions on December 1.[8] At HP, Leelanivas oversees the development and deployment of AI-powered workplace productivity tools.[10][8] At HP, Leelanivas oversees the development and deployment of AI-powered workplace productivity tools.[11]
