The MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, or simply just the MGM Collection, is a brand that was made by a joint venture between Marriott International and MGM Resorts International in July 2023.
History
[edit]In July 2023, Marriott International and MGM Resorts International announced a long-term licensing agreement lasting 20 years, as well as the creation of the MGM Collection. 17 properties under MGM Resorts International were soon to be booked with Marriott's booking services. 3 months later, in October 2023, the 17 properties were fully intergrated into the MGM Collection.[1][2] In early 2024, the properties were now bookable with Marriott's booking services, along with the full integration into Marriott Bonvoy.[3]
In 2026, Marriott International unveiled the "Best of Both Worlds" Moments series where some famous properties of the MGM Collection were paired with other Marriott International hotels and resorts around the world.[4]
