LuxExperience B.V. is a Dutch-registered, publicly traded luxury e-commerce group listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol LUXE.[1] The company operates several multi-brand digital platforms for luxury fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle products, serving a global market.[1]
History
[edit]The company was originally established as MYT Netherlands Parent B.V., the parent company of the German luxury retailer Mytheresa. Following the acquisition of Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP) from Richemont in early 2025, the company underwent a corporate restructuring.[2] Effective May 1, 2025, MYT Netherlands Parent B.V. was officially renamed LuxExperience B.V., and its NYSE ticker symbol transitioned from MYTE to LUXE.[1]
In April 2026, LuxExperience divested some of its non-core assets by completing the sale of the off-price platform THE OUTNET to The O Group LLC for approximately $30 million.[3]
Portfolio and operations
[edit]LuxExperience operates its business through distinct luxury and off-price e-commerce storefronts:
- Full-Price Segments: Mytheresa, Net-a-Porter, and Mr Porter, which offer curated selections of international designer brands across womenswear, menswear, kidswear, and fine jewelry.[1]
- Off-Season Segment: Yoox, which functions as a digital destination for multi-brand off-season luxury shopping.[1]
Governance and leadership
[edit]LuxExperience B.V. is managed by a senior executive leadership team combining executives from both Mytheresa and the acquired Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP) organizations:[4]
- Group Executive Board: The overall corporate strategy and operations of the listed holding group are led by Group CEO Michael Kliger and Group CFO Martin Beer.[4] Sebastian Dietzmann serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).[5]
- Brand-Level Leadership: Following the restructuring, specialized CEOs were appointed to maintain distinct brand identities for the individual storefronts. Francis Belin serves as the CEO of Mytheresa,[5] Heather Kaminetsky as the CEO of Net-a-Porter, and Toby Bateman as the CEO of Mr Porter.[4]
