Plot

Set during the production of the Spanish-language version of Drácula (1931), Los Vampires follows the actors and filmmakers involved in the parallel production of the Spanish-language vampire film, exploring rivalry, ambition, and the pressures of creating a film under difficult circumstances.[3]

Production

Los Vampires was written and directed by Craig Mitchell. The film is inspired by the production of the 1931 Spanish-language version of Dracula, which was filmed alongside Tod Browning's English-language version using the same sets.
