Draft:List of Brawl Stars characters

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Brawl Stars is a MOBA hero shooter mobile video game developed by Finnish developer Supercell. As of April 2026, it features 104 playable characters called Brawlers, who take place in a fictional amusement park called Starr Park. Brawlers are divided into Classes and Rarities gameplay-wise,[1][2] and Trios (group of 3 Brawlers of the same theme/relationship) lore-wise.

By rarity

[edit]

Starter

[edit]
  • Shelly: Shelly is a young woman who was raised in the world of Brawl Stars. Tough and self-reliant by nature, she is portrayed as a no-nonsense combatant who competes in brawls with little pretense or theatrics. Gameplay-wise, she fires a spread of pellets from her shotgun, dealing high damage at close range that diminishes significantly at longer distances. Her Super releases a powerful wide-angle blast capable of damaging multiple opponents simultaneously and destroying environmental obstacles, allowing her to reshape the terrain to her tactical advantage.

Rare

[edit]
  • Colt: Colt is a self-assured gunslinger with a flair for the dramatic, known as much for his showmanship as his marksmanship. Confident and vain by nature, he carries himself with the swagger of a performer as much as a fighter, and takes considerable pride in both his appearance and his reputation as a sharpshooter. Gameplay-wise, he fires a rapid succession of six bullets in a straight line, dealing high damage at long range with a fast reload speed. His Super unleashes an extended barrage capable of destroying walls, opening new lines of engagement across matches.
  • Nita: Nita is a young shaman-in-training with a profound connection to the natural world. Calm and focused in temperament, she channels the spirit of a great bear in combat, summoning it to fight alongside her as both a companion and a weapon. Gameplay-wise, Nita releases a short-range shockwave that deals moderate damage in a wide arc, capable of striking opponents around corners at certain angles. Her Super summons her bear companion, Bruce, who autonomously pursues and attacks nearby opponents, functioning as both an offensive asset and a tool for pressuring enemies.
  • Bull: Bull is a large, temperamental brawler defined by his imposing physical stature and aggressive disposition. Impulsive and quick to anger, he favors brute force over strategy, charging headlong into confrontations with little regard for subtlety. Gameplay-wise, he fires a close-range blast of buckshot, dealing high damage that falls off sharply at longer distances. His Super propels him forward in a powerful charge, damaging opponents and destroying walls in his path.
  • Brock: Brock is an enthusiastic and flamboyant rocket trooper with a deep appreciation for large explosions. Brash and theatrical in demeanor, he approaches combat with an air of excitement and spectacle, treating each engagement as an opportunity for dramatic effect. Gameplay-wise, he fires a single long-range rocket dealing high damage with a small area of effect on impact. His Super launches a volley of rockets across a wide area, destroying multiple walls and dealing substantial damage to any opponents caught within the blast zone.
  • El Primo: El Primo is a celebrated lucha libre professional wrestler of considerable renown, characterized by his theatrical persona and extraordinary physical resilience. Passionate and larger than life in personality, he approaches every confrontation with the energy of a seasoned performer, treating the battlefield as his personal arena. Gameplay-wise, he delivers a rapid flurry of punches at melee range, dealing high cumulative damage. His Super launches him into the air before crashing down upon a targeted location, dealing damage to all nearby opponents on landing.
  • Poco: Poco is a skeleton musician whose instrument of choice is an ornate guitar. Cheerful and generous in spirit, he fights not out of aggression but out of a genuine desire to uplift those around him, channeling the power of his music into both offensive and restorative abilities. Gameplay-wise, Poco's primary attack emits a wave of musical energy that pierces through multiple opponents, dealing moderate damage to all those it contacts. His Super restores a substantial amount of health to himself and all nearby allies.
  • Barley: Barley is an ill-tempered bartender who has repurposed his collection of bottled beverages into improvised weapons. Antisocial by nature, he has little patience for unwanted company, and expresses his displeasure by hurling his concoctions at anyone who encroaches upon his establishment. Gameplay-wise, he lobs bottles in an arcing trajectory, shattering on impact and leaving pools of corrosive liquid that damage opponents over time. His Super saturates a wide area with multiple bottles simultaneously, creating an extensive zone of sustained damage.
  • Rosa: Rosa is a dedicated botanist and accomplished boxer whose love for the natural world has made her one of its most tenacious defenders. Principled and determined in character, she brings both scientific knowledge and considerable physical strength to her engagements. Gameplay-wise, she delivers a series of rapid punches at close range, dealing consistent damage in immediate proximity. Her Super envelops her in a shield of dense vines, dramatically reducing incoming damage for its duration.

Super Rare

[edit]
  • Jessie: Jessie is a young and exceptionally gifted engineer with a talent for invention that far exceeds her years. Enthusiastic and industrious by nature, she channels her technical ingenuity into combat, constructing mechanical companions to fight alongside her. Her most notable creation is Scrappy, a deployable turret she regards with considerable affection. Gameplay-wise, Jessie fires a ball of electricity that deals damage on contact and bounces automatically to nearby opponents, dealing reduced damage with each successive bounce. Her Super deploys Scrappy, which autonomously targets and fires upon nearby enemies until destroyed.
  • Dynamike: Dynamike is an elderly prospector with an unrestrained enthusiasm for explosives. Eccentric and cantankerous in equal measure, he has spent the better part of his life in the company of dynamite, and sees little reason to change his habits in combat. His age has done nothing to diminish either his aim or his appetite for destruction. Gameplay-wise, he hurls two sticks of dynamite in an arcing trajectory, which detonate upon landing and deal significant area damage to opponents within the blast radius. His Super launches a large bomb with a considerably wider blast radius that also knocks nearby opponents.
  • Tick: Tick is a small, excitable robot of cheerful disposition, apparently unaware of, or entirely unbothered by the fact that his head is a live mine. Enthusiastic and energetic, he approaches combat with a disarming friendliness that belies the considerable danger he poses to anyone unfortunate enough to stand near him. Gameplay-wise, Tick launches his head as a projectile, which lands and disperses into three mines arranged in a triangular formation. The mines detonate after a short delay or upon contact with an opponent. His Super detaches his head entirely, allowing it to roll autonomously toward the nearest enemy before exploding.
  • 8-Bit: 8-Bit is a sentient retro arcade machine of stoic and methodical temperament. A relic of a bygone era of gaming, he navigates the battlefield at a deliberately unhurried pace, compensating for his lack of mobility with superior firepower and the ability to enhance the capabilities of his allies. He communicates in clipped, matter-of-fact statements and takes his role as a damage amplifier with considerable seriousness. Gameplay-wise, 8-Bit fires a spread of laser beams at long range, dealing high damage to opponents within their path. His Super deploys a stationary turret that does not attack, but instead projects a field that increases the damage output of himself and all allied brawlers within its radius by 35%.
  • Rico: Rico is a self-assured robot with an acute appreciation for precision and angles. Polished in appearance and confident in manner, he approaches combat as something of a mathematical exercise, calculating trajectories and ricochets with practiced efficiency. His fondness for his own abilities is matched only by his disdain for opponents who underestimate them. Gameplay-wise, he fires a burst of bullets that ricochet off walls, allowing him to strike opponents from behind cover. His Super fires an extended volley of bullets with increased range, each capable of bouncing multiple times and growing in range with each ricochet.
  • Darryl: Darryl is a rotund, barrel-shaped robot of jovial exterior and surprisingly aggressive combat instincts. Despite his ungainly appearance, he is remarkably agile when the situation demands it, capable of launching himself across the battlefield with considerable force. His cheerful demeanor masks a tenacity that makes him a formidable opponent at close range. Gameplay-wise, he fires a close-range blast of shotgun pellets, dealing high damage at short distances. His Super propels him forward in a rolling charge, bouncing off walls and knocking back opponents.
  • Penny: Penny is a sharp-witted pirate captain with a keen eye for opportunity and a distinct preference for gold over diplomacy. Resourceful and calculating, she pursues wealth with the same single-minded focus she brings to combat, deploying her trusty cannon with the casual confidence of someone who has long since stopped doubting her own aim. Gameplay-wise, she launches a medium-range pouch of gold coins that deals damage on impact and scatters additional coins in a spread behind the initial target, potentially striking multiple opponents. Her Super deploys Old Bessie, a stationary cannon that automatically fires arcing cannonballs at nearby enemies until destroyed.
  • Jacky: Jacky is a robust and industrious construction worker and miner with an unshakeable work ethic and a pneumatic drill she is rarely without. Practical and unpretentious in character, she approaches combat with the same no-nonsense efficiency she applies to her professional work, preferring direct action over elaborate strategy. Gameplay-wise, Jacky's primary attack generates a circular shockwave around her that passes through walls, dealing damage to all opponents within range, with greater damage dealt to those in closer proximity. Her Super pulls all nearby opponents toward her, drawing them into melee range and setting them up for follow-up attacks by herself and her teammates.
  • Carl: Carl is a mining robot of single-minded disposition, possessed of an overwhelming enthusiasm for rocks and excavation. Industrious and straightforward in character, he sees little distinction between his professional tools and his combat arsenal, wielding his pickaxe in battle with the same practiced confidence he applies to his mining work. Gameplay-wise, Carl throws his pickaxe in a straight line, which deals damage to opponents on its outward path before returning to him like a boomerang, dealing damage again on its return. His attack cannot be repeated until the pickaxe completes its arc and returns. His Super has him spin rapidly in place for several seconds, striking all opponents in his immediate vicinity with continuous damage.
  • Gus: Gus is a cheerful and sociable ghost of indeterminate age, who approaches both life and the afterlife with the same irrepressible optimism. Friendly and accommodating by nature, he takes genuine pleasure in assisting his teammates, distributing protective shields with the enthusiasm of someone who considers generosity its own reward. Gameplay-wise, he fires a long-range projectile that deals moderate damage to opponents and, upon defeating an enemy, generates a floating spirit orb at the location of their elimination. He can collect these orbs to charge his Super, which releases the accumulated orbs toward nearby allies, granting each recipient a temporary protective shield that absorbs incoming damage.
