Lalthomlien Hmar is an Indian politician from the state of Assam. He served as the chairman of the Barak Valley Hill Tribes Development Council, a statutory body of the Government of Assam working for the welfare of tribal communities in the Barak Valley.[1] He contested the 2016 Assam Legislative Assembly election from the Lakhipur Assembly constituency as a Janata Dal (United) candidate.[2][3]
