Kevin Baugh (born 30 July 1962) is an American micronationalist who is the founder and President of the Republic of Molossia. Born in Ohio, he moved to Nevada and later established The Republic of Molossia in September 1999, where he currently serves as president.
Biography
[edit]Baugh was born on 30 July 1962 in Dayton, Ohio.[1] Baugh married Lisa Baugh, but later divorced in 2008. In September 2011, he married Adrianne Baugh.[2] He works in the human-resources department of the Nevada National Guard. He formerly served as a sergeant first class in the US Army.[3]
Republic of Molossia
[edit]The Republic of Molossia was established on September 3, 1999, where Baugh would be inaugurated as President.[4][5] Baugh has stated; "We all want to think we have our own country, but you know the U.S. is a lot bigger".[6]
