Karl Greenhaw (c. 1892 – November 19, 1967)^[1] was an American lawyer who served as a justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court from 1941 to 1942.

Born in Marshall, Arkansas, he received his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1914.^[1] He resided in Harrison, Arkansas and was prosecuting attorney for the 14th judicial district.^[1]

He moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1928.^[1]

He campaigned for a congressional seat in 1942, but was defeated in the Democratic primary by J. William Fulbright.^[1]
