History
[edit]Kapture CX was founded in 2014 initially know as Kapture CRM with a CRM Software offering.[3] In 2016 it was selected for Launchpad Accelerator by Google for Startups, receiving mentorship and technical guidance.[4]
In 2018 the company shifted its focus from CRM to customer experience space. In 2022, Kapture CX expanded internationally opening office in Indonesia.[5]
In 2025, Kapture CX partnered with PWC India to expand on AI adoption initiatives.[6]
Funding
[edit]In July 2023, Kapture raised $4 million in its series A funding round led by Cactus Venture Partners[7]
In December 2023, Kapture raised a further $4 million in an extended Series A led by India Alternatives.[8]
Awards.
[edit]In March 2024, the company won in the category Best Use of SaaS at India Digital Enablers Award ( IDEA ) 2024 organised by Entrepreneur India.[9] Later that year in December 2024 Kapture was named Retail Technology Partner of the Year at the BW Retail Reboot Awards. [10] In March 2025 Kapture earned honours at the Entrepreneur India AI Summit & Startup Awards in the Best in category Best AI for Customer Experience.[11]
