The rooms are expected to be divided into ocean-view and mountain-view categories, with facilities varying by room type. Planned room types include SOUKAI, SUIREI Room, and ASANAGI Room. Some guest rooms are expected to include terraces, private open-air baths, or jacuzzis..[9]

Planned shared facilities include an indoor sea lounge and terrace, a communal bath with a hinoki (Japanese cypress) fragrance, a sauna, a walking path through the wooded area surrounding the property toward a nearby beach, and kaiseki dining featuring seasonal ingredients.[10]
