Joseph Brooks (born October 27th, 2003) is an American filmmaker, actor, and podcaster from Massachusetts. He is known for his independent film work, online media content, and involvement in Massachusetts-based film and entertainment projects.

Early life and education

Brooks was born in Massachusetts and has lived in the state throughout his life. He attended Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, Massachusetts, before enrolling at Stonehill College, where he studied film. During his college years, Brooks began developing independent film projects, including Bag of Burden, Nothing to Lose, and Inevitably Alone. He received the Best First-Time Screenwriter award at the Oniros Film Awards and Best Drama Script at the Gothamite Film Awards while also pursuing work as an actor.

Career

As an actor, Brooks has worked on productions including Mosquito Bowl, a Netflix film directed by Peter Berg, as well as Remain, and Weekend Warriors.

Brooks wrote and directed the independent film Inevitably Alone, which was produced during his time as a student filmmaker.
