The Jinhan Fair, officially the Jinhan Fair for Home & Gifts (Chinese: 广州(锦汉)家居用品及礼品展览会; abbreviated as JINHAN FAIR), is a home and gifts export trade fair held in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It is organized by Guangzhou Poly Jinhan Exhibition Co., Ltd., commonly known as Poly Exhibition. The fair was established in spring 2000 and is held twice a year, in spring and autumn, at the Poly World Trade Center Expo. It is certified by The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).[1][2]
The 53rd edition was held from 21 to 27 April 2026. It covered 90,000 square metres and featured 1,200 exhibitors. The edition introduced dedicated areas for Kitchen & Dining and Pet Products, expanded the Garden Pavilion, and upgraded the lighting and Flowers & Greens areas.[3][4]
History

[edit]The Jinhan Fair for Home & Gifts was established in spring 2000. In October 2005, the fair received UFI certification. In October 2008, it moved to the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Pazhou, Guangzhou. The 2008 edition covered 68,000 square metres and featured 425 exhibitors.[5]
Relocation and expansion
[edit]Following its relocation, the fair expanded and gradually introduced dedicated areas for particular product categories. The 31st edition, held in spring 2015, introduced areas for garden and lighting products. By the 53rd edition in 2026, the lighting and garden areas had been expanded, while the Flowers & Greens area had also been renovated and enlarged.[6][3]
Digitalization
[edit]The 40th edition opened at the Poly World Trade Center Expo on 21 October 2019 and covered 85,000 square metres.[7]
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the organizer introduced online exhibitions and virtual business-matching services. According to the organizer, an online exhibition held in June 2020 featured 900 exhibitors and attracted buyers from more than 160 countries and regions.[8]
In April 2023, the 47th edition returned to an in-person format. Xinhua reported that the exhibition covered 85,000 square metres and brought together 900 companies in the home and gifts sector. Online sourcing sessions, business matching and virtual exhibition tours were also used to connect buyers and suppliers.[9]
In April 2026, the 53rd edition expanded to 90,000 square metres and 1,200 exhibitors. After the fair, the organizer reported that more than 300,000 new products had been displayed and that professional buyers had attended from more than 170 countries and regions.[3][10][4]

[edit]The fair is held twice a year, in spring and autumn. The spring edition is typically held from 21 to 27 April, while the autumn edition is usually held from 21 to 27 October. The 54th edition is scheduled for 21–27 October 2026 at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou.[1][12]

[edit]The fair is organized by Guangzhou Poly Jinhan Exhibition Co., Ltd., commonly known as Poly Exhibition. Established in 2000, the company is an exhibition organizer controlled by Poly Developments and Holdings.[13][14]
