Jenson Walker (born 31 October 2006) is an English darts player who competes in World Darts Federation (WDF) and Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. A winner of four WDF senior titles, he was ranked as the organisation's world No. 1 in February 2026. He was a semi-finalist at the 2025 WDF World Darts Championship after reaching the youth final the previous year.
Career
[edit]Walker made his televised PDC debut at the 2024 UK Open at age 17, earning his place in the tournament through a Rileys qualifier in Solihull.[3] He defeated former quarter-finalist Sebastian Białecki 6–4 on the main stage, before being eliminated by Tim Wolters in the second round.[4][5]
Making his senior debut at the 2025 WDF World Championship, he reached the semi-finals of the tournament, a run that included wins over David Fatum, Raymond Smith, and Ben Robb.[6] He was beaten 5–2 by Mitchell Lawrie.[7]
In February 2026, after winning the Romanian Classic, Walker became the new WDF world No. 1.[8] He reached the semi-finals of the 2026 Dutch Open, losing to eventual winner Paul Krohne.[9]
Personal life
[edit]Walker is from Exhall, a village near Coventry. He is a part of the sport scholarship programme at Coventry University, where he studies accounting.[8][10] He signed with darts manufacturing brand Target Darts in 2022.[11]
