Jakson Green Limited is an Indian renewable energy company incorporated on 9 June 2022, with its registered office at DLF Tower-A, Jasola, New Delhi. Its corporate headquarters is in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.[1] The company provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and operations and maintenance (O&M) services for solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects in India and internationally.[2]

- December 2022: The first domestic project was acquired, awarded by Amplus Solar in Rajasthan.[4]
- May 2023: Entered the independent power production (IPP) segment, with its first project awarded by the Rajasthan Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (RUVNL).[5]
- July 2023: Won bids from two central agencies, the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) and NHPC Limited.[6]
- September 2023: Jakson Green had booked orders totalling ₹50 billion in its first year of operations.[7]

[edit]As of 2025, the company reports a contracted EPC portfolio of over 6.5 GWp and an O&M portfolio of over 3.5 GWp.[13][14] International projects include a 450 MWp solar project in Saudi Arabia and solar-plus-storage plants in Uzbekistan and Togo.[15]
Independent Power Production (IPP)

Green Hydrogen and Electrolysers
[edit]Jakson Green INFINITY (electrolyser manufacturing subsidiary) was established to supply indigenously manufactured electrolysers and hydrogen generation systems to the Indian market. The facility has a stated manufacturing capacity of 300 MW.[20]
The company commissioned India's largest green hydrogen refuelling station for urban mobility, located in New Delhi.[20] It has also installed green hydrogen generation plants for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).[21]
Bioenergy
[edit]Altanova Bioenergie is Jakson Green's bioenergy subsidiary. It develops utility-scale and C&I bioenergy projects using biomass and agricultural residues as feedstock, producing compressed bio-gas (CBG) and other renewable fuels.[22]
Desalination
[edit]In partnership with Desolenator, Jakson Green offers solar-powered water desalination systems. The technology uses solar energy and low-grade waste heat to produce high-purity water, and incorporates digital monitoring and circular brine management.[9]

[edit]- World's First CO₂-to-4G Ethanol Plant: In partnership with NTPC, Jakson Green has developed a flue gas CO₂-to-4G Ethanol plant in Chhattisgarh. The project is described by the companies as the world's first such facility.[23]
- International Solar Projects: The company has secured or completed solar projects in Saudi Arabia (450 MWp), Uzbekistan, and Togo.[15]
