Comment: There is perhaps an argument that the Reuters article is viable here, but that's the only one. Bloomberg is a database, the others are either under WP:ORGTRIV or non-independent or both. See WP:SIRS and the Acme case below it. ChrysGalley (talk) 21:05, 11 February 2026 (UTC)

ImpactA Global is a London-based infrastructure debt investment firm founded in 2021. The firm provides private credit solutions to sustainable infrastructure projects in emerging markets, focusing on sectors including renewable energy, transport and essential services.[1]
History
[edit]ImpactA Global was founded in 2021 by Victoria Miles and Isabella da Costa Mendes, both former senior executives at J.P. Morgan in emerging markets finance.[1] The firm was established to address infrastructure financing gaps in developing economies by mobilising institutional capital toward sustainable infrastructure investments.[2]
In 2023, Legal & General Capital committed up to $100 million to ImpactA Global and acquired a minority stake in the firm.[3]
Investment strategy
[edit]ImpactA Global provides structured private debt financing, including senior and subordinated debt, to infrastructure projects in emerging markets.[2] The firm focuses on clean energy, sustainable transport, and essential infrastructure such as water and sanitation.[4]
The firm operates across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.[5]
Capital raising and partnerships
[edit]In April 2025, ImpactA Global announced that it had mobilised more than $200 million in public and private capital commitments.[4][6]
The capital raise included participation from development finance institutions including IDB Invest and the United Kingdom Sustainable Infrastructure Programme.[5]
In 2024, the firm secured $5 million from Prosper Africa, a U.S. government-backed initiative supporting investment in African markets.[7]
Leadership
[edit]ImpactA Global is co-led by:
- Victoria Miles, Co-Chief Executive Officer, previously spent over 20 years at J.P. Morgan in emerging markets research and infrastructure advisory.[1]
- Isabella da Costa Mendes, Co-Chief Executive Officer, has experience in structured finance and emerging markets transactions, including roles at Linklaters, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan.[1]
