Holyrina (born Emmanuel Sogbey) is a Ghanaian musician from Pokuase, in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. He is known for the songs "Kuborlor", "ASEM", "Killer Go Rise" and "Kakalika".

Early life

Holyrina was born as Emmanuel Sogbey. He is from Pokuase and is associated with the Grako community. He is also known as "The Problem Child".[1]

Career

Holyrina began releasing music in March 2023 with the single "Kuborlor".[2] He gained wider attention after the release of "ASEM", which went viral on TikTok and received co-signs from Ghanaian artists.[1]

In 2024, he released the single "Killer Go Rise".[3] He has released over 18 songs including "Upfront", "Gbedu", "Killer Go Rise" and "Spirit".[1]

In 2024, he released his debut tape titled JAMA JAMA, a six-track project described as a tribute to his late mother. The project includes songs such as "Makasa", "Grako" and "Nyane M3" and blends highlife, drill and hip-hop.[1][4]

As of 2024–2025, he has been promoting the single "Kakalika".[1]
