The company converts conserved heritage shophouses in Singapore's historic districts into short-term and long-term accommodation, and was rated the top serviced apartment provider for customer service in consecutive editions of an annual survey by The Straits Times and Statista.[1] The brand also operates furnished apartments in New York City under Heritage Collection New York.[2]

Several properties feature interior design themes referencing their surroundings; Heritage Collection on Chinatown incorporates shophouse murals in its studio and loft units, Heritage Collection on Seah features colonial-inspired black, white, and gold interiors,[5] and Heritage Collection on Victoria, opened in Kampong Glam, retains the restored shophouse's original architecture alongside modern furnishings.[6]

Recognition
[edit]Heritage Collection was ranked first in the Serviced Apartments and Serviced Suites category of Singapore's Best Customer Service, an annual survey conducted by The Straits Times in partnership with market research firm Statista evaluating 1,800 brands across 99 categories, in two consecutive editions (2023/24 and 2024/25).[1] The company has also received guest-review-based recognitions from online travel platforms, including a Booking.com Traveller Review Award, and has held Airbnb Superhost status.[3]
