Harrir (Arabic: حرير, lit. 'silk') is an Iraqi online retailer of women's clothing, footwear, handbags, accessories and cosmetics. The platform is operated by Al Hanoot for General Trading Co. L.L. and is based in Baghdad.[1] Harrir sells through a website and through mobile applications for iOS and Android, and delivers within Iraq.[2][1][3]

The company states that it ships to every Iraqi governorate and accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard.[2] Customer contact is handled by telephone and by WhatsApp on a Baghdad number.[2]
The website and the applications are published in Arabic and English.[2]
Platform
[edit]The Harrir applications include a styling feature that recommends items to an individual shopper, which the company markets under the name AI Stylist and presents through an assistant called Noor. A second assistant, named Hoor, answers customer service questions.[1]
The Android application is distributed on Google Play under the package identifier com.harrir.app, and the iOS application is distributed on the App Store.[3][1]
