In July 2024, Fizz began a beta test of its television service, with an official launch in February 2025.[7] The service is available only to Fizz Internet subscribers in Quebec.

Business Model

Fizz operates exclusively through digital channels, with no physical stores or call centres. The company uses a prepaid, month-to-month model with no fixed-term contracts, allowing subscribers to modify or cancel their plans each month.[citation needed]
