Eraneos Group AG, trading as Eraneos, is an international management consulting and technology consulting group headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. History

[edit]The origins of Eraneos as an international consulting group date to 2021. In February of that year, Swiss consulting company AWK Group combined with German management consultancy Ginkgo Management Consulting.[2]
Ginkgo employed more than 135 people at the time and had operations in Germany, China, Singapore and Switzerland.[2]
In June 2021, Dutch consultancy Quint Group joined AWK and Ginkgo.[3] Quint employed more than 300 consultants and contributed operations including the Netherlands and Spain. The combination created a consulting group with more than 800 employees.[3]
The three predecessor companies established the main geographic foundations of the group: AWK in Switzerland, Ginkgo in Germany and Quint in the Netherlands and Spain.[2][3]
Eraneos brand
[edit]In November 2022, the group announced that it would adopt Eraneos as its common brand. The new identity replaced the AWK Group brand and became the group's common market presence from 2023.[4]
At the time of the rebranding, the group employed close to 1,000 people. Its headquarters remained in Zurich, where approximately 500 employees were based.[4]
Expansion
[edit]In 2023, Düsseldorf-based strategy consultancy SMP and its subsidiary Convalid Analytics joined Eraneos. The transaction added more than 70 consultants and expanded the group's strategy consulting activities in Germany.[5]
Eraneos expanded into the Nordic consulting market in 2025. Danish management consultancy Hildebrandt & Brandi joined the group in February 2025. The company employed approximately 80 consultants across Copenhagen and Aarhus and focused on strategy and business transformation.[6]
In April 2025, Eraneos acquired Swedish strategy consultancy Lynxeye. The transaction added approximately 100 consultants, primarily based in Stockholm, and expanded the group's strategy consulting activities.[7]
The additions of Hildebrandt & Brandi and Lynxeye established Eraneos' presence in Denmark and Sweden and contributed to the group's expansion to more than 1,200 professionals by the end of 2025.[1]
In 2026, Eraneos acquired Netherlands-based data and artificial-intelligence consultancy DEUS. The company employed around 100 professionals and specialized in data and AI consulting.[8]

Eve includes the strategy consultancies Lynxeye and Hildebrandt & Brandi.[11] According to Eraneos, the brand combines strategy consulting with expertise in technology and transformation.[11]
