eShipz is a Bengaluru-based logistics software company founded in 2019 by Shivadeep Mahadi, Shashi Shekhar Tripathi, and Ajaykumar Rajakumar.[1] The company builds a SaaS platform for shipment automation, carrier integration, and delivery tracking for e-commerce and enterprise businesses.[2]
History
[edit]eShipz was founded in 2019 to automate shipping for the B2B and e-commerce segments.[1] The startup was incubated by Axilor Ventures, JioGenNext, SAP Startup Studio, and IIM Bangalore's NSRCEL.[1] In September 2021, eShipz raised $700,000 in a funding round led by the Indian Angel Network, with continued participation from Axilor Ventures; at the time the platform served more than 230 enterprises and 2,000 small and mid-sized businesses.[1][3][4] In 2022, eShipz won the Maruti Suzuki Mobility Challenge, an incubation programme run jointly with IIM Bangalore.[5][6] In 2024, eShipz renewed its integration with Blue Dart to launch a Unified Shipping API platform for MSMEs and large enterprises.[7][8][9][10] In March 2026, eShipz crossed 100 million shipments optimised through its platform since founding.[11]
Products and operations
[edit]eShipz provides a SaaS platform for managing shipping and logistics operations.[2] Its solutions include courier allocation, shipment tracking, shipping label generation, multi-carrier and multi-piece order management, returns and return-to-origin (RTO) management, AI-powered proof of delivery (POD), branded tracking and customer notifications, predictive delivery estimates, and shipping analytics and reporting.[2] The platform also provides API and platform integrations with enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management systems (WMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and e-commerce platforms.[2]
eShipz integrates with more than 400 courier partners.[2] The company serves clients across e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and third-party logistics.[11]
