DreamSetGo is an Indian sports travel and experiences company headquartered in Mumbai. Founded in 2019, it is part of Dream Sports, the group that also owns the fantasy-sports platform Dream11 and the sports-media platform FanCode.[1][2] The company sells travel packages, match tickets, hospitality and on-site experiences for domestic and international sporting events.[1]

History

[edit]

DreamSetGo was founded in 2019 by Monish Shah, a former investment banker, with the stated aim of providing Indian sports fans with access to major sporting events abroad alongside travel and hospitality.[2][1] In interviews, Shah has said the idea arose from his own difficulty in obtaining affordable tickets to football matches while travelling for work.[2]

The company launched shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted international travel. According to Shah, DreamSetGo used the period to build partnerships with sports properties and to recruit staff from the travel and events industry.[1]

Services

[edit]

DreamSetGo describes itself as a provider of premium, curated sports travel packages.[1] Its offerings typically combine event tickets with travel, accommodation and hospitality, and in some cases additional experiences such as stadium tours and meet-and-greet sessions with athletes.[1] The company has said its customers are primarily corporates and high-net-worth individuals in India, and that it markets itself largely through word of mouth and repeat clients.[1]

The company has reported serving sports across cricket, football, tennis, Formula One, rugby and golf.[2][1]

Partnerships

[edit]

DreamSetGo has acted as an authorised or appointed sales agent for several international sports properties in the Indian market. It became an authorised sales agent for F1 Experiences ticket packages in India,[3] and was named a non-exclusive India sales agent for hospitality at the 2026 FIFA World Cup through On Location, the tournament's official hospitality provider.[3] The company has also promoted hospitality packages tied to The Championships, Wimbledon.[1]

In the area of football, Manchester City F.C. announced a partnership with DreamSetGo covering the Indian market.[4]

Expansion

[edit]

DreamSetGo introduced a sub-brand, "SET" (Sports, Experiences and Travel), described by the company as an expansion beyond sport into lifestyle, entertainment and cultural events.[5][6]

The company has reported year-on-year growth in bookings. It said it facilitated more than 15,000 sports experiences in 2023 and reported roughly twofold growth in sports-travel bookings the following year.[1][3]
