Diganta Kakati is an Indian wellness entrepreneur, direct selling strategist, and public speaker. He is recognized for his leadership within the direct selling sector in India and his advocacy for mindful leadership and wellness education.
Early life and education: Kakati was born on May 25, 1984, in Bangalipara, located in the Baksa district of Assam, India. He pursued higher education in information technology, completing a Master of Science in Information Technology (M.Sc. IT) from Gauhati University in 2009.
Career: Prior to entering the wellness and direct selling industry, Kakati worked in the banking sector as a bank manager for ten years. He later transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship and direct selling, aligning with organizations focused on herbal and Ayurvedic wellness products, including Dr. Nature Wellness, where he attained the leadership rank of Double Diamond Director.
In addition to his commercial activities, Kakati has served as a wellness coach and speaker on mental health and stress management, collaborating with regional educational institutions and organizations such as the Assam Vipassana Trust to lecture on the application of Vipassana meditation for mental wellness.
