Coinis is a Montenegrin company operating in the field of digital advertising (AdTech), headquartered in Podgorica.[1]
History
[edit]Coinis was registered in 2014 in Podgorica.[2] The company was founded by Anton Jurovicki and Dan Petković, who met as students at the University of Donja Gorica.[3]
In its early years, the company operated as a publisher and media buyer working with advertising networks. In 2018, Coinis launched its own AdTech platform for traffic monetization.[4] The company subsequently opened offices in Dubai and New York City.[4] Coinis is among the co-founders of ICT Cortex, an association of information and communication technology companies in Montenegro.[4]
Sports sponsorship
[edit]Coinis has served as a sponsor of sporting events in Montenegro. In September 2023, the company sponsored the Balkan Triathlon Championship in Bar, which drew over 300 athletes.[5]
Coinis is the founder and main sponsor of the Coinis Durmitor Trail Run, a trail running race held in Žabljak within Durmitor National Park. The inaugural edition in July 2024 attracted approximately 400 participants.[6] The second edition, held in July 2025, drew over 1,000 participants from more than 30 countries.[7][8]
Corporate social responsibility
[edit]Since 2022, the company has maintained a partnership with the Čini dobro foundation, participating in humanitarian and educational activities in Montenegro.[9]
Financial performance
[edit]According to financial data published by Companywall Montenegro, sourced from the Central Registry of Business Entities of Montenegro, Coinis recorded total revenue of €74,871 in 2017, which grew to €8.05 million in 2019 and €10.3 million in 2020. Revenue peaked at €45.4 million in 2021, before returning to a range of approximately €10–11.5 million annually between 2022 and 2025.[10]
