Cheryl Han (born 11 November 1983) is a Singaporean women’s wellness entrepreneur and lifestyle medicine advocate. She co-founded Orchard Clinic, a Singapore clinic specialising in postpartum recovery and is now the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Prologue’s Centre of Women’s Wellness, which operates under SL Aesthetic Group. She is also a director at the creative agency Hunter & Match and served as a board director of non-profit organisation Children’s Wishing Well.

Early Life and Education

Han was born and raised in Singapore. Her mother was a professional ballet teacher and choreographer.

During her teenage years, she was nearly expelled from school for being rebellious. A teacher later intervened on her behalf, allowing her to remain in school and she later on topped her cohort.

After her adolescence, Han became more attentive to the role of education in shaping her future. In 2002, she enrolled at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where she later graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Linguistics.

Career

In 2013, Han began her corporate career at a multinational logistics company, DHL, where she served as a Senior Director and Head of Marketing and Communications for almost six years and became the youngest senior management member in her division at that time. During her time at DHL, she helped launch an internal women’s network to encourage women in leadership, which was rolled out in Bangladesh, India, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Nepal and Singapore. Due to structural reorganisation, she was retrenched from DHL in 2019.

In the same year she got retrenched, her father had passed away due to cancer, who was considered too old to receive treatment. This loss deepened Han’s understanding of the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being, and shaped her growing interest in wellness. She later completed a course at Harvard Medical School, earning a certificate in Lifestyle Medicine, Health, and Nutrition. Additionally, Han also completed her formal yoga training (YTT 200h, Yoga therapy 60h), which allowed her to teach yoga alongside her professional work.

In 2020, she co-founded Orchard Clinic, a clinic focused on postpartum recovery and pelvic floor health in Singapore. Widely known as an advocate for women’s health, she also expressed her interest in broadening her scope to perimenopause and menopause care.

In 2025, Han became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Prologue's Centre for Women's Wellness, a wellness centre operated under Prologue, alongside its sister brand, Prologue The Lifestyle Medical Clinic. The centre offers services in postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause care, as well as preventive wellness for midlife women. She works alongside Dr Kelvin Chua, founder of SL Aesthetic Group, in overseeing the development and operations of the business.

Within the same year, Han also founded the podcast “On Well, Being” which covers wellness and lifestyle medicine topics.

Han is also the director at the creative agency Hunter & Match, where she specifically handles collaborations and partnerships.

Philanthropy

Han served as the Board Director of Children’s Wishing Well, a non-profit organisation based in Singapore, to help low-income children and families. The organisation was founded in 2002, with activities aimed at providing support through educational programmes and financial assistance.

Personal Life

Beyond her professional working life, Han is also an active cyclist and volleyball player. She cycles with her husband regularly and has participated in several cross-country mountain biking races. She plays recreational volleyball regularly and used to compete in her secondary school and junior college days. She has also completed several running marathons, including in Singapore, Berlin, Gold Coast, and Chicago.
