Italian brainrot is a series of internet memes that emerged in early 2025, characterized by absurd photos of AI-generated hybrids of creatures and everyday objects with pseudo-Italian names.[1][2]
This list focuses on the various characters which are mainly associated with the genre, regardless of differences between language accents.

Tralalero Tralala
[edit]Tralalero Tralala is a three-legged shark in Nike sneakers and the first known character of the genre.[3] It was first uploaded to TikTok by @eZburger401 in early 2025.[4] The shark is often shown jumping or fighting Bombardino Crocodilo at the beach, accompanied by the repetition of the phrase "Tralalero tralala".
Tralalero Tralala has been accused as Islamophobic, due to its audio mocking Allah in Italian.[5]
Bombardino Crocodilo
[edit]Bombardino Crocodilo is a hybrid creature with the head of a crocodile and the body of a military bomber plane.[3] The earliest known video of it was uploaded to Tiktok by @armenjiharhanyan. The hybrid is often depicted flying in the air.

- Bombardino Crocodilo – a military bomber plane with the head of a crocodile.
Meozad Bombardad - Bombardiro Gatino - a hybrid between a Jewish airplane with the head of an orange cat with sunglasses
- Bombombini Gusini – a hybrid creature with the half-body of a goose and the half-body of a military bomber plane
- Boneca Ambalabu – an anthropomorphic tree frog with human legs and the body of a car tire[7]
- Brr Brr Patapim – a hybrid creature with the body of a long-nosed monkey and big feet, its back covered with forest trees

- Chimpanzini Bananini – a hybrid creature with the face of a monkey and the body of a banana, covered by green moss
- Frigo Camelo – a camel with a fridge for a body, wearing large boots
- Lirili Larila – a hybrid creature with the head, body of an elephant and the skin of cacti wearing sandals[2]
