Chan Than San (born Trần Thành Sơn in 1988 in Ho Chi Minh City) is a famous early-generation Vietnamese hot boy, model, and actor. He became a prominent internet phenomenon in the late 2000s, known for pioneering selfie trends, open plastic surgery transparency, and working internationally in modeling and film across Southeast and East Asia.

Biography

Chan Than San, whose real name is Trần Thanh Sơn, is a Vietnamese model and actor. He is known as one of Vietnam’s most prominent male models and internet personalities. Standing 1.83 metres (6 ft 0 in) tall with a well-proportioned appearance, he gained a large fan base in southern Vietnam during his modeling career. In 2008, he won third prize in the Promising Face competition organized by the University of Theatre and Cinema.^[1]

In addition to his modeling career, Chan Than San has also worked as an actor. Before entering the entertainment industry, he was employed as a flight attendant. He later became an exclusive model for Carries, a Hong Kong-based company.^[2]
