Cerkl, Inc. is an American software company that develops internal communications software. The company was founded in 2013 by Tarek Kamil and Sara Jackson and is headquartered in Blue Ash, Ohio, in the Cincinnati metropolitan area.[1][2]

In January 2022, Cerkl announced a regional expansion supported by economic-development agencies, including the addition of 125 new jobs and US$9.45 million in new payroll over three years at its Blue Ash headquarters.[2][3]
